We loved the fact that the hotel offered transportation to/from the airport. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We obtained an excellent recommendation for traditional Ecuadorian food from the front desk-outstanding!

Check in staff was wondering n very helpful! In the dining room I ordered a bowl of soup n a fruit drink n it took 38 minutes to receive my food n there were only a couple other customers in the restaurant! The small TV in my room was only a 480p tv! In a world of 4k tv's this is just pathetic! Your reservation is non cancel so when you check in they charge you another $14.00 for whatever as the desk clerk could not tell me what the charge was for! Would not recommend this hotel!

Hotel staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly. Staff could benefit from a course in customer service for a hotel that advertises as a 5 star. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check in and were offered a room within the hour but when the hour elapsed, we were told it could take another hour. Restaurant staff very friendly but service very slow. Advertises airport shuttle, but when we requested this service we were provided a small taxi cab. The cab was too small for our group of three and our luggage hardly fit - we had one large suitcase and 3 carry ons. We ended up with our luggages on our lap to make it to the airport on time. Advertising as a 5 star is misleading.

Staff training and responsiveness was what makes this hotel shine. The downside is spotty maintenance of the business computer system (printer, extremely slow connection). In addition, the otherwise excellent restaurant offers only a QR menu--there should at least be a printed menu at the reception desk or head waiter stand.

The "magic" of the Radisson,...
Once again it was a pleasure to come back to my "home" away from home. The same great staff that still remembers me and my likes. The "courtesy" cocktail was bought back which was a surprising pleasure. The food was EXCELLENT, will be having breakfast there from this day forth. The elegance of the hotel is beyond describing (you have to be there to "feel" it). I let GM Rosie know that we need to be consistent with the incredible staff they have.
