The hotel is located in front of a wonderful beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check out at 2pm on our last day and enjoy the beautiful beach a few more hours.

Pay a little more and stay closer to town
The hotel had a great location to go to the beach. It is located at the end of the beach in a small section that was less crowded while we were there. Because it so far from the city center there is not many options for resturants or stores. We ate at hotel both nights because it was really the only reasonable option with kids. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC was very small and not too great. Also there is not an elevator so visitors in wheelchairs or heavy luggage should stay elsewhere. Even the bottom floor requires stairs to access.

Bad smell and no internet.
The hotel overall smelled like it wasn't clean properly. Our bathroom smelled really bad that they had to clean it again and put some aroma to it. They said they have internet, but it didn't work at all in our room and where it worked it kept dropping off, so it took for ever to send any message. You could say, well, who goes to the beach to be online, but if you expect to communicate through email with your family or friends, you won't be able to do it in this hotel. The staff was trying to help but it is clear that this hotel advertise something they don't have.

Localização perfeita com relação ao praia! atendentes super atenciosos, praia bem limpa. única observação para melhoria é o restaurante onde a comida é relativamente cara e não e não curti. café da manha muito bom, varias opções e uma vista maravilhosa.

Não gostei da estadia. Na hora de fazer a reserva foram mostradas umas fotos ... Chegando la, não tinha nada a ver!!! Meu quarto estava mofado e passei muito mal na primeira noite!!! Limpeza excelente! Manobrista excelente! Camareiras Excelente!! Localização tbm excelente!!!!!!!

A estadia da família foi boa, localização e praia excelentes!! O prédio precisa de reformas, e achamos que a limpeza deixa a desejar. Café da manha excelente!!! A recepção precisa de mais treinamento, algumas solicitações não foram atendidas, ex: pedimos para irem ao quarto arrumar a tv que não estava funcionando, e esse pedido nao foi atendido.

Uma das piores experiências em termos de hotel. Cama horrível, flexibilidade dos funcionários zero, manutenção a desejar, pelo que custa, esperava muito mais. Já fiquei em pousadas bem melhores que esse "hotel".

O hotel não condiz com as fotos apresentadas. Piso do banheiro todo solto, espelho todo descascado, edredom manchado, cofre não funciona, não tem banheira como dizem no anúncio, internet wifi não funcionou no quarto e o hotel está em uma área de sombra de sinal 4g. Pela bagatela de 750 reais a diária esperava muito mais. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

Infelizmente não gostei muito pelo fato do restaurante estar com música ao vivo até as 23:00 sendo que o quarto era tão próximo ao restaurante, a gente vai viajar com a vontade de descansar mas foi difícil principalmente nesse horário após as 22:00

Pior de todas
Pior estadia, atendimento confuso me trocaram de quarto 3 vezes, quartos sujos e mal cheirosos, café da manhã o básico do básico, almoço e jantar não tinham, só no dia dos namorados que fizeram alguma coisa para ter rentabilidade, me decepcionei muito, as áreas comuns todas com piso quebrado, muita ferrugem nas coisas, parecia abandonado não volto mais
