"Right in the heart of town, just steps from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and South Gate! Our rooms were really spacious and spotless. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We used the laundry service, and they were so helpful in setting up the washer and dryer for us. The breakfast spread was so diverse it puts other spots to shame. I’ll definitely make this my home base next time I visit Xi’an!"

"Very nice property. In-suite decor is up to par with other Sofitel properties. Can’t say the same about common areas. Some restaurant staff can use a bit more training, for example changing plates for guests when the plates are full. Good location. Inside the city wall and close to sites in the old city."
