Staff was friendly, but the room had a mildew sewer smell. Some of the lights did not work. We had a large party stay at this hotel and almost everyone had a similar experience.

I will not return

It's a nice building but with a lot of opportunities in maintenance. The experience at the reception was really bad, I made the checkin on line, but any way we we forced to fill the same form at frontdesk. The access to the room is quite complicated, there is no elevator and you need to go over some stairs with your luggage, no help from the staff. When we entered the room, no towels, soap or toilet paper. When we asked for them we received a bad mode response. We only received good treatment from the Waitress and the restaurant staff., the food is good.

No me gustaron las condiciones del hotel, la limpieza, lo sucio y viejo que se siente, incluyendo las habitaciones y lo viejo de los blancos, diluidos los jabones realmente nos dio hasta asco dormir ahí!

El único problema, es que toda su construcción es piso y muros de cemento con muchos corredores, lo que provoca que cuando cuando vienen llegando en la madrugada de la fiesta algunos huéspedes, se hace mucho eco y parece que los tienes afuera de tu puerta platicando o casi gritando. Eso demerita el descanso para el resto de los huéspedes.

Reservé en esté hotel porque tenía un boda en la Hacienda que está al lado, el evento comenzaba en el centro a las 2:30pm y de ahí regresábamos a la Hacienda.. Llegamos de carretera al Hotel Misión a las 12:30 pm (antes del Check In que era 3:00 pm) al menos para dejar maletas y cambiarnos de ropa en un cuarto teniendo posibildiad de Early Check In o en algún lugar que nos permitieran usar.. pero al llegar vemos que todos los huespedes se están retirando del hotel porque no había luz ni agua caliente porque cayo un rayo en la central elévtr

No había luz en mi cuarto hasta que pedí cambio de habitación esto pasó cerca de 2 horas , demás huéspedes no tuvieron agua 1 día y el primer día no había agua caliente , después se normalizó pero al menos un día fue muy incómodo y no había solución , el hotel es bonito pero te quedas con un sabor amargo.

El dia que llegamos no tuvimos luz en el baño, fui y les dije y me dijeron ahorita lo vemos. Espere por q todos nos queríamos bañar, nunca llegaron. Asi que nos bañamos sin luz. En el desayuno tardaron mucho. Y pedimos leche para mis niños y no tenian, el servicio del restauran malo la verdad

Visita en plan familiar

En general el hotel se ve descuidado, las habitaciones viejas y un poco descuidadas. Es un tema el estacionamiento ya que hay un salon cerca y no esta delimitado para los huéspedes y no hay nadie que te diga en donde poder estacionarte y que este seguro tu vehículo. El bufet de desayuno esta muy básico. La gente del restaurante es amable. Tiene una buena ubicación, llegas rápido al centro y caminar alrededor también es placentero
