"Nice little house, right on the beach. Everything was very nicely set up and made available to us on arrival. Communication before and during was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well kept and the outside had nice and easy access to the beach. Thank you so much!"

"Last year we made the decision to schedule a family beach vacation. Since our daughter and her family had recently moved to Tampa, we all agreed to meet in Florida. A close family friend recommended that we consider the Ponte Verda Beach area. Luckily, this home was available and it was perfect for our 6 adult, 3 kids (under 6 yrs) family. Beautiful home, 4400 (sq ft) located right on the beach. Very clean, comfortable beds and loaded with top line amenities. Lots of toys to keep both the adults and kids happy. Also need to mention our host Lina, who was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. She was truly interested in making our stay a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this property to folks wanting to enjoy a great beach vacation. Our family is in total agreement that our clan will be returning to this property in the near future!"

"We loved being so close to sand right outside the door. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plenty of room. Full stocked kitchen. Close to all attractions and restaurants. The only negative I would say was the stairs down to beach were steep. Loved it overall will be back "

"It was very comfortable and provided all of the amenites that we needed. The location is accessible to Jacksville for food and anything else that we might have needed during our stay. The beach was completely non-crowded and the weather very accomodating. The house was truly delightful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities provided all that we needed and more. The pool table and other facilities in the downstairs room were more than entertaining. We would be happy to use it again in the future if our schedule and needs match up."

"Four families stayed here and the layout was superb. Family with teenagers hung out on the third floor and appreciated the kitchenette. Family or 6 enjoyed the middle floor with full kitchen for early morning breakfast s. Grandparents and family with two young children appreciated the the first floor with comfortable seating. Small kitchenette was good for drinks and access to our side. We loved being so close to the beach, a mere few steps! We were disappointed in the lack of furniture in the bedrooms so had to live out of open suitcases on the floor and not enough hangers. No can opener and not proper deck chairs. We used inside card table chairs. Also disappointed with lack of shades or curtains especially early morning sun. The day we arrived we walked into rain puddles and leaks. These were taken care of within two days and a big thank you to the repair man who t tarped and caulked. With a little TLC this could be a fantastic place but it does show signs of wear and tear and privacy concerns. Third floor rooms would not close or lock properly. If these improvements were done, we would definitely stay here again. The location and space was perfect."
