"This was a great VRBO, it felt more like a lived in home with all the amenities than a cold rental that sends you immediately to the store to buy all the missing things. I really liked how the 3 bedrooms were off the living room but there was a hallway door ensuring more privacy. Master was on the other side of the house. There was everything you’d need for the beach or pool. They had 3 beach chairs, some camping chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, sand toys, plus plenty of pool floats and child life vest and puddle jumper. Host was also very responsive and sent someone quickly when I told them about leaves in the bottom of the pool. There was also a second fridge in the garage and a level 1 EV charging cord. Beach was an easy walk down the street.This was a great house for our family vacation of 3 adult couples, a 3 year old, and 2 babies. It was spacious for all of us. We definitely will be back."

"Our stay was wonderful. The home was adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home had lots of thoughtful touches with plenty of supplies. The welcome basket and personalized welcome sign was generous and added to the excitement. The upstairs loft made my kids feel like they were grown having their own spacious area with separate beds and their own bathroom. I especially loved the skylight in the bathroom and the quaint little back porch area. The neighbors were kind and the area was safe and quiet. The overall location was perfect because it was close to the beach and not far from all of the attractions of St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space for our stay. "
"The house has a great location, directly on a very uncrowded beach. The views of the ocean from the upper floor were really spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms were on the first floor and therefore did not have beach views. The kitchen was stocked with basics, but could have used more kitchen towels (there was only one). The house could use a little TLC, especially the sliding doors to the beach-side porch area. A nice amount of beach chairs and toys were available. Note that this is not a house for anyone with difficulty on stairs as the only way between the first and second floors was a very tight spiral staircase. The management team was responsive to our questions. Overall, we would stay here again."
