"To say this place is incredible would be an understatement. I have never been to such a well thought-out and intentionally prepared hotel. From the lobby to the room they provide things you didn't even know you wanted! Such a lovely place I will come back just to stay here for sure."

"By far the best vacation our family has had together!! There’s not a single negative thing I can think to say about this trip! The location was perfect! Very close to grocery store and short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the beach and the rental even included access to nice beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler…I wish I had asked in advance because I packed chairs and umbrella We loved the outdoor area and thoroughly enjoyed putting green and chessboard! If I could give higher rating, I definitely would!! I do hope we’re able to have a repeat vacation at this location in the future!"
Pool Walk to Vilano Beach Pet Family Friendly Close to Historic Downtown

"This home had more than enough room for the 6 of us. It’s a short walk to the beach or a quick drive to beach access with showers. It’s only 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine and it never felt crowed like St Augustine beach. Check in was a breeze and you’ll receive a message with those instructions prior to your arrival. The owners supply everything that’s needed to make your trip enjoyable including a beach wagon with 5 nice beach chairs and a lot of beach toys for the kids. Every appliance was top notch and worked great, including the washer and dryer. If you’re a coffee drinker they have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. We never ran out of hot water, even with all 3 showers running at the same time. There are smart TVs in all the rooms and the WiFi worked great as well (they will send you the WiFi login info on the day of your arrival). In all the property is located in a great spot with easy access to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. "

"We have a family vacation every summer and selected St Augustine and this house for this year. The house had 2 separate apartments which were included in the one listing. The right apartment (1 bedroom/bath) was ground level and walked directly out to a patio and the beach. The left apartment was upstairs (2 bedroom/bath) and had a balcony. The same security code worked for both units, making it easy for us to go into each side without issue.The owners thought of everything when it comes to amenities. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware and pots-n-pans. The bathrooms had plenty of shampoos, conditioners and body washes. And the beach accessories were abundant as well. We brought chairs/beach towels/floats etc. None was needed as they had it all.The owner was very good with communication and answered the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, if available. "
"We enjoyed our stay. The very convenient with not haven’t to haul everything to the beach. However there were quite a few issues. We let the owners know. The first night the wind blew the window out. Frig didn’t get cold it only got cool. Upstairs was very hot at night. A good bit of the receptacles did not work. Some of the lights didn’t work. The trash was full upon arrival so nowhere for us to put trash. Downstairs was too hot for anyone to stay in the beds. Water smelt horrible. After showering you had a bad sulfur smell on you. The dishwasher smell was awful. Water pressure is terrible. Some of the filing fans don’t work. Had to wash the sheets first night due to hair and sand being all on them. Floors had a good bit of sand upon arrival. "
