"Our patio did not have chairs, requested for two to be brought to room. That did not happen . Sad such a small request could not happen. Valet’s service was good, but seemed like an inconvenience for staff to assist. Overall rating would be 3.5. They could do better"

"We always stay at El Pueblo when we go to Taos (if they have a vacancy). We love the character of the property, the staff is excellent, fresh baked cookies are an added bonus. The hot tub should stay open until at least 10pm. It did for a long time, not it closes at 9pm."
