"This is a charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful service in an ideal location. The area is full of excellent restaurants, cafes and notable architecture, all within easy walking distance. Yet, the hotel is far enough away from the loud bars and clubs to remain quiet and peaceful. It’s a quick Uber ride to Zona Centro, which is about 2 miles east. The period Spanish building is tastefully furnished and exudes old world charm. "

"Nice staying! There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready."

"Concept and place is nice, a bit rough in road to get there (lots of rocks) AC was not working properly and it was hot. Also, it could be cleaned up a bit since they have a lot of ducks roaming around. "

"This is a car town. Event though my cabin was .8 miles from downtown. The hills are steep and unless you are used to walking such steep hills, it does get exhausting. Our cabin boy even got tired walking with us. No Uber, they have taxis, so you better ask the office your exact address of your cabin. The downtown area is very nice. "Disgusting! As soon as I arrived there was spiders in the sink and a mouse trap by the stove. Droppings behind microwave. Mirrors with lipstick, PEPE written on ceiling. Broken light fixtures. The glue trap worked! The mouse was squeaking all nite long!"
