It’s a Mexican 4 Star hotel, in the most “Mexican” old school kind of fashion. The interiors are sparse and no frills. No coffee service in the room, very basic soaps and shampoo, concrete floors outside the room are loud. It worked for a night at a good price but I much prefer other options in the area for any longer stay.

La recepcionista que estaba en el turno de la tarde hizo esperar intencionalmente a los huéspedes para no registrar las llegadas ella misma. En mi caso, tardaron una hora con casi quince minutos en atenderme, y a otras personas las hicieron esperar entre 30 y 40 minutos. En total, dejó acumular cinco llegadas para que las atendiera su compañera del turno de la noche. Por el contrario, la recepcionista del turno nocturno fue muy amable y trató de ser eficiente. Yo venía de un viaje largo: de Manzanillo a Guadalajara, y luego a San Luis Potosí. Regresé de SLP a GDL sin haber dormido, estaba exhausta y con dolor de cabeza, solo quería descansar. Lamentablemente, la actitud de la recepcionista de la tarde fue pésima. Incluso, una señora le preguntó si no la iban a atender para buscar otro hotel, y la recepcionista respondió con una risa burlona. Las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel son buenas, pero con un personal así, la experiencia se ve muy afectada y la calificación disminuye considerablemente.
