Bien pero cafetera muy sucia
Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado las camas no son tan cómodas pero se puede descansar... La cafetera estaba sumamente sucia.

Todos fueron muy amables desde la seguridad del lugar hasta la manager. *una pequeña observación *( sería una buena ayuda o ventaja que el el buró o mesa de entrada del cuarto pusieran un horario de las comidas o servicio que ofrece el hotel y también como los de alrededor. Ya que el día sábado 11:45 pm yo le pregunté a la chica que estaba en recepción y me dijo que en día Domingo el desayuno se terminada a las 9am y me enteré que me dió mal el horario. Le comenté a la manager que estaba en turno de la mañana y me dijo qué se lo iba a comentar a corporativo. Muchas gracias por la amabilidad.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioning was noising Free breakfast was low quality, staff was unfriendly. I had to wait for my room to be ready I will not stay in this chain anymore

Everytime I come to Guadalajara I always stay here because it’s clean comfortable and very safe but this time I went WIFI sucked but other than that it was a ok stay But it would of been nice for there WIFI to work

Nice staff, horrible lumpy small snd smelly pillows, noisy machines 24 hours around the room, hairs on bathroom floors, no telephone or inter-phone in the room, cheap poor breakfast.

Stayed just to be close to the airport for our morning flight. Good overnight stay. Just needed a place to rest and shower. This place was good for that.
