"The hotel is modern and clean and located in a shopping complex with quick access to amenities. However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival. Also, the suite with separate bedroom was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed for our son, but it did not, so they had to provide us a rollaway bed instead, which took up space in the living room area. "Right in the historic city center. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, museums, etc. Just a few blocks from the Catedral. This historic hotel is very nice, the room was a little dated but overall clean. It has A/C but I think they have a limit to how cool it can get. Nice pool area, the gym room machines were old and the main one was broken. They have a huge roof top, nice views. The restaurant food was good. They offer tours and they pick up/drop off right at the door of your hotel....

"For a low budget hotel this is perfect. Only down side is if you are not used to being in commercial areas the location is not ideal. All the staff were wonderful. I meet the young owner and wish him well. I will return. Although in a not great area it is very close to downtown and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were small clean and adequate. Give it a try "
