"The air conditioning didn’t work. I used to stay in this hotel and some parts of the hotel seems to be a little old and not well maintained. Staff is helpful but the level was higher 3 years ago. I would definitely stay again for location and price "

"Property is great, Hotel is new and modern, great lobby but the terrace restaurant of hotel is the jewel. Amazing view of Madrid. The breakfast buffet which was included, was great. Hotel room was little small. Everything else was great."

"The area is under SERIOUS construction, making it hard to find hotel and for drivers to even drop us off. I think once finished it will be very nice but for now it made it hard to enjoy. It was a bit of a walk to where we could get a taxi or to where they could drop us off late at night. Also Vending machines are outside of the hotel (in a train station, so no comfortable sending a child to get a water), but hotel staff was incredibly kind and check in was a breeze. They do not have air condition in the hotel rooms at night, and that made it quite stuffy. I did leave window open which helped but also with trains it was loud. Hotel room was large and had all we needed, and staff was very kind. "

"The room was very cool, nice to have a balcony area on a city break! Modern design and the bathroom was really cool. There was a ‘heat lamp’ in the ceiling which gave it spa vibes. Hotel was in a decent location about 10 minute walk to the metro. Wish we were closer to central downtown but that’s personal preference and didn’t affect the trip. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby the hotel so on nights we couldn’t be bothered to get the metro we didn’t feel like we missed out! Breakfast was nice and nice atmosphere. I would have preferred more heated breakfast options on the buffet as we had bacon, eggs three ways, and traditional Spanish dishes. I do like options in the morning but again personal preference. Staff very friendly. Bar at night was a cool vibe with good music and on Friday there was a live DJ. They had a roof terrace which will be amazing vibes in the summer months. I’d definitely go back here but do research on location!!"

"Always nice to stay at Ibis. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were cold. Surprised that there is no storage at all in the room. Hard to believe that as a new Ibis, they did not plan for that. Also, the lack of a secure wi-fi is a MAJOR mistake."
