"We had a quick 24 hour stay in Madrid, the stay at this hotel was great and worth the money. The hotel was clean, and pretty. From the outside I was a little skeptical that the picture did not match the hotel, but as soon as you walked in you saw it was a well maintained and beautiful facility. The staff was helpful, and suggested a great place to visit in downtown Madrid. They also have a free airport shuttle which was really helpful. If I’m ever in Madrid I would stay again."

"Amazing staff. Even checked us in early so we didn't have to store our bags. Great location with airport shuttle and also close to train station. Grocery store right next door! Very new hotel. Very comfortable beds and the best shower! Also best breakfast buffet we've ever had at a hotel. Well with the 11€! We were meant to fly out of Madrid, but our flight had been cancelled so we immediately booked another night with this hotel because we liked it so much. Our teenage kids were very happy with it as well. highly recommend!"

"Room was spacious, if a bit spartan. Surprisingly quiet given that it was literally next to a major train station. Central air conditioning was a bit cold, but manageable. Location was perfect as a starting point for both downtown and suburban ventures."
