"As we entered the house we experienced dirty floor; dirt and food waste was on the floor! As we went to look at the bedrooms, we experienced smell of pet urine / waste- the smell was unbearable, as we entered bathroom we saw dirty clothes on the sink, bloddy underware on the sink! One bedroom didnt have bed, other bedrooms had unwashed bedsheets and blankets- seemed like some was leaving there and left just 10 mins before we arrived- also the house was locked ! "This was the perfect place to stay to attend the Masters, or to simply enjoy the outdoors along the water. We spent a lot of time at the firepit looking out over the water, and watching some Masters coverage on the comfy couch in the living room. Great communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a good time. The rooms were spacious and each slept 3 comfortably with private bath in each bedroom. The only issue was the hike to the dock and the golf cart died after 1 trip. There was plenty of parking for 3 trucks and boat trailers."
