Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! "AMAZING Stay - Perfect for Families!Our family had the most incredible stay at this home! We had 7 adults, a two-year-old, and a two-month-old, and the house offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The location was perfect — close to Grand Canyon University and convenient for all our needs.The layout was ideal for our family — our son, daughter-in-law, and their little ones were able to have their own private space in the back bedroom and bathroom, which made it so easy for them to settle in comfortably. We absolutely loved the multiple doors from the bedrooms leading out to the backyard — it made the home feel open and welcoming.The backyard itself was beautiful — the pool and patio were a dream and were used daily! Our toddler had the best time with the swing set and playhouse, which kept him entertained for hours. The gameroom was another big hit, giving the boys a great place to hang out and bond.The kitchen was large and fully stocked, with tons of refrigerator space, which made it easy to cook meals and eat together as a family.Every detail of this home was thoughtful, clean, and family-friendly. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!"
