They sent someone up to help with my bags when I checked out and even held them for me so that I could go and have breakfast. The people that were working at the event center were also excellent. "

"Twenty of twenty one members of our children and grandchildren gathered for a 4 day reunion in East Peoria. We were greeted by our host and his new wife and given a room by room tour of the premises. Even though we knew what we were expecting, we were still astonished at the size and beauty of what we saw. Choosing who was going to sleep in which room was difficult but it was finally accomplished.The host was excellent in taking care of our needs to the best of his abilities and each of us ranging in age from 9 to 72 had a fantastic time."

"I wasn’t too keen to stay downtown because parking in the garage across the street was a little bit annoying, but let me tell ya— this staff was AMAZING! The service, hotel amenities, and pet friendly rooms were WELL worth the stay! I’ve never had such exceptional service before from a hotel in my life and I’m so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Would absolutely book again if back in the area! "
