"Staff was friendly, ac worked, tv worked, fridge worked. Bathroom fan was really loud. There were pieces of candy left under the bed from a previous stay. The bathroom had a tone of dust, towels were all stained, shower gel was empty. I specifically asked at check-in if they had the liquid creamer ..."

"Room was dirty floor was in vaccumed- 3 tiny lumpy pillows- and the toilet wasn’t attached to the base so it moved around and the shower head was about 5 ft up so you had to bend your knees to shower - chair in the room was disgusting- don’t stay here if you want any kind of clean or pleasant experience ..."

"Erin was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was cute, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking super convenient, and having free washer/dryer access in the complex was a huge bonus."
