Safety is my number priority! There is an outdoor security camera, located by the entrance. Absolutely no recording devices are inside. The plug-ins near the door are to support the digital August Smart Lock.

We do not allow smoking of any kind in this property. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators will be charged a $300 penalty and may be subject to immediate eviction. No refunds.

When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests will be expected to pay a fee/night of stay.

We had a great stay! This apartment was close for our daughter’s softball tournament. Lots of great restaurants close by and the apartment complex was quiet and safe. The actual apartment was very accommodating and the owners were easy to work with.

Very clean property and it was very spacious. It was nice that my family could spread out. I also liked that there was an in-unit laundry. My only critiques are that there could be more/bigger bath mats and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

Great Apartment!

I came into town for the holidays and had a great stay. Had all the necessities and it was a quiet building. Matthew was easy to work with and very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here when I’m in town next time!

Apartment was very clean and location was accessible to lots of places. The beds were comfortable. The communication with the host was the worst part. I had messaged the host asking about a coffee pot/keurig and was never responded to. I also messaged on Sunday morning and there was never a response from the host. I was messaged Monday but it wasn’t even answering my questions it was just him thanking us for staying and wanting a 5 star review.

Such a nice place , home away from home type of experience ! It is all in the details and the small touches like coffee/mulitiple ways of brewing it and interesting books to read all added to the clean quiet and comfortable setting. Probably best for more than 1 day to be able to average the cleaning fee into the overall price. Simply an outstanding place to stay at any price !!

Perfect weekend trip with daughter

We were in town for a softball tournament. Staying here was a wonderful experience. Clean, safe neighborhood for my daughter and me. Had a washer and dryer in the apartment which allowed us to wash her uniform. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us room to spread out and relax. We would stay here again!

Near all the best restaurants and shopping as well as major thoroughfares. Could have used a few more details on location as GPS could not locate it. Maybe add Plastic glasses and more cooking pots and pans?

Stayed here with my husband and child while visiting our Bradley student. Location was a 10min straight shot to campus. Unit was clean had the amenities we needed for our short trip.

Great Stay!

Great stay. Try to check in before it gets dark. I had a hard time finding the actual property being alone. The area is great and safe, but just had me a bit confused on which area to focus on. Everything was very comfortable and nice.

Peoria, IL Shopping Trip

It was a very nice place! Had everything we needed and more and was very spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was we like to spend our evenings watching a movie or two, and the living room furniture wasn't comfortable for that. A comfy couch and a nice stuffed chair would have been what was needed for an excellent rating. Other than that, it was a very nice apartment and a perfect location for us!

Nice Apartment!

Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay!

Great home base for a week long disc golf tournament

We stayed at this apartment while playing the Ledgestone disc golf tournament and the accommodations were perfect for the three of us. The location was easy to access main roads, restaurants, and shopping centers. The unit itself was well equipped for making breakfast and cleaning up after tournament rounds. The only suggestion we could give to the host would be to upgrade the couch in the living room to be a pull out bed but besides that we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Location was great for our needs. Will definitely consider 12 Camden in our future visits. The laundry room had foul smell, I suspect maybe birds in the dryer duct. The outside vent louver is missing a couple of flaps. We did not use the washer or dryer. The toilet seats need to be replaced! The birds outside were nesting everywhere, poop all over the place. With these corrections, if possible, will improve the future visitors experience and stay!

Mattresses were good (1 very soft and 1 firm); apartment was well stocked; windows in master bedroom did not close/lock allowing the noise from the road traffic and heat to enter; a comfy couch/recliner chair would be a nice addition in the living room; could use a deep clean (kitchen cabinets, coffee pot, stove, dusty wall hangings, etc.)
