"Staff was excellent - they're lucky to have them. Room on surface very very clean BUT dirt in corners and found a roach. Bath ran hanging by one screw; water hot fast but sprayer dribbled. Heat/air unit screen so packed with fuzz I had to use plastic fork to improve flow. Wind was blowing full sized leaves under the door. These are lack of maintenance issues, which I believe is an owner issue not wanting to spend $ - not a staff issue. Mattress so lumpy I could feel springs - made with clean...
