"We had a great time! Property found exactly as listed and a short, five minutes into town. Very clean and well kept and well taken care of. Beautiful house with very thoughtful bed and room accommodations. The deck property is beautiful right next to the river, it was definitely what we needed this weekend!"

"This property was a gem! It’s at a perfect location. We love the keyless door, the decor, its cleanliness, fully stocked with household necessities, etc. that we needed for our stay. The hot tub was a great add one cool evening. We enjoyed the back porch for stargazing. The front porch was perfect for bird watching and people walking by. We walked to the horseshoe bend trail one morning. It was beautiful and we even saw a herd of bighorn sheep. One afternoon, a friendly black bear, strolled the backyard. How cool! I highly recommend this property. It’s close to everything: Yampah Vapor Caves, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Defiance Rafting, etc. The interior is spacious, very clean and furnished well. It was a pleasure also communicating with Zoey! She was very responsive and there were no questions that she didn’t answer. Thank you. We had a fabulous stay. We hope to be back."

"This is a beautifully renovated home. The kitchen is large and has great appliances. The bathrooms are all newly remodeled with high-end finishes. There are multiple common areas for people to gather (living room, game room and family/movie room). Our group of 8 spent the majority of our time either eating or playing games at the round table in the breakfast nook. The breakfast nook is located in a circular room with wonderful views in every direction! The property location is very easy to access and a short drive to Glenwood Springs and all of the town's amenities."
