However house keeping need to pay more attention to detail! hairs on bedding, room floors dirty/grimey, balcony glass needs algae removing and cigarette butts left on balcony (we don't smoke) ...

We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.
