"Very dated hotel. The room was not well kept with a very dated bathroom. Most surprisingly, it only included a fan. Surely, there are nicer places to stay in Greymouth. The staff was nice but I would never stay here again."

"Room was quite musty smelling. Carpet old and in need of a deep clean at least or replacing. The sofa also old and smelly. I wouldnt want to sit on it. Kitchen fixtures also old and inside them could do with a good clean and replacement or removal of liners. "
