"In lieu of a wedding, we rented the castle for a long weekend family vacation. It was incredible! We had 14 people and all fit comfortably in the rooms. There are many common spaces. Giovanni recommend a wonderful private chef who we used for dinners and breakfasts. Taxis need to be booked far in advance or rent a few cars to get around. In Tuscany taxis tend to book out quickly. "Wow! What an amazing place. Every bit as much as we needed. Quaint, clean, out of the way. It is in a very small village away from Greve. Babette was a wonderful host and made us a wine tasting reservation. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We cooked almost ever night I highly recommend this property, but know that it is in a remote area few minutes away from town Thank you Babette"

"Nous avons passé 1 semaine à 9 dans cette grande maison très agréable ! La piscine n'étant pas chauffée, c'était vivifiant de s'y baigner. Seul bémol, l'entrée en voiture se fait par un grand portail qui ouvre sur une forte montée. Il faut rouler doucement car il y a de gros trous dans la chaussée au niveau du portail."

Incredible Stay!
"In lieu of a wedding, we rented the castle for a long weekend family vacation. It was incredible! We had 14 people and all fit comfortably in the rooms. There are many common spaces. Giovanni recommend a wonderful private chef who we used for dinners and breakfasts. Taxis need to be booked far in advance or rent a few cars to get around. In Tuscany taxis tend to book out quickly. We had some family members traveling internationally and arriving early. Giovanni was very helpful in getting their rooms ready first so they could take naps and get settled in. The castle was so much fun to explore! The basement is a wild sight. The rooms were comfortable, large and had amazing views. Visit all of the rooms because they are each unique :) The suites have sinks and refrigerators, which was an unexpected surprise! There are many hiking trails nearby to explore. Bring your binoculars because there is great birding! The pool had shaded areas all day and sunny areas all day. Would go back in a heartbeat!"
