    Welcome to my apartment "Le Porte de France" with air conditioning ideal for 6 people.

    On the ground floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building, the apartment is very quiet.

    65 m2 completely renovated, it was important to me to preserve its soul and its character.

    I have fitted it out so that you can feel at home.

    Ideal for 6 people: 4-room apartment + 65 m2 kitchen completely renovated with air conditioning.

    Enjoy all the modern comforts with the cachet of the old at the gates of the hyper-center of Grenoble.

    160 cm sofa bed of very good quality (hotel bedding)

    BEDROOM 1: Air conditioning, 2 single beds in 90 cm with the possibility of assembling them to transform them into a 180 cm bed. (hotel bedding), storage chest of drawers + storage closet

    BEDROOM 2: Air conditioning, 160 cm bed (hotel bedding), storage chest + storage cupboard.

    The bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard of the building, which is very quiet.

    I can be present to welcome you and show you how the apartment works if my schedule allows it.

    I live only 10 minutes from the apartment and I am available at any time to give you advice and/or in case of any problems!

    The apartment is brand new and it is as clean as my home;)
