Un emplacement ideal au centre de Grenoble

Un emplacement ideal si vous venez en train ou car qui s'arrete à la Gare de Grenoble. 5 pièces avec 5 lits, une cuisine et une salle de bain. L'appartement est bien spacieux! A noter qu'un lit se trouve dans une pièce qui aurait pu être un salon. Elle est vitrée donc la personne qui l'occuppe n'a pas d'intimité. L'accueill est très bien organisé. Il y a une hotline disponible au cas d'un souci. Nous n'avons pas su mettre en route la chaudière et quelqu'un s'est déplacé dans le quart d'heure pour nous dépanner! Le point faible de la gestion par une société c'est la perte de coté humain. L'appartement est sous-équipé. Tout est de la récupe. Pas de sel, poivre, savon, ou liquide vaisselle, pas de lave-vaisselle ni machine à laver. Tout pour générer le moins de coût possible. L'équipement est dans le standard de deux étoiles.

NON RECOMMANDABLE Sur les 4 chambres 2 des lits n'en sont pas. Ce sont des banquettes d'appoint. Nous n'en avions pas été informés et avons constaté cela en arrivant alors que nous nous apprêtions à séjourner 11 nuits dans cet appartement pour un séjour professionnel. Nous avons demandé à ce que des matelas soient installés sur les banquettes. Des matelas ont bel et bien été installés mais ce sont des matelas d'appoint IKEA premier prix qui ne conviennent pas à des séjours longue durée. La propriétaire a refusé d'en convenir et de mettre d'autres matelas et Majordome Privé de nous dédommager pour la gêne occasionnée.

The accommodation was great! There were no issues we found with the apartment, though we had a tad bit of difficulty trying to find the right apartment at first in the middle of the night. However, other than that slight hiccup, the trip was great and the location of the accommodation was extremely convenient.

L'appartement est grand et bien situé, lumineux, avec des balcons, nous avons passé un bon weekend. Deux points seraient à améliorer cependant : Les matelas à ressorts ne sont pas confortables et trop vieux. La douche n'a pas assez de pression et ne délivre qu'un filet d'eau.
