"Beautiful hotel and lovely room. Generally the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was with the wakeup call and taxi booking we scheduled for the following morning - the staff completely forgot to call us, saying they had a different time. We were able to show the front desk the hand written note from their staff the previous night confirming the time we had requested. Fortunately we work up ourselves so made it in time for our flight. Mistakes can happen, that I understand, and it all worked out, but what was disappointing is that at no point did the person on the front desk apologize for the oversight on their part, instead was more adamant that the mistake was not on their end, despite being able to produce the hand written note from his own colleagues."
