I booked this place for my cousins wedding and then long after I booked I suddenly got a message saying they had accepted my cancellation (I was at work in meetings when i was supposed to have cancelled). This was despite being told when I booked that the booking was not cancellable. I then rebooked as it was one of few local options when it was re-advertised for more money. "Good location to tram line. Large 2 bed apartment with adequate facilities- clean, modern. Electric fan provided but required more due to hot weather temperatures. Would stay again"

"I think this people are dishonest. They made me pay twice at the check in, although I showed them my payment confirmation email and when I came back because of hotel.com debit on my account they pretended that everything was normal and it's only when I came back with proof of two payments that they admitted their mistaken and they didn't even apologize, they were acting like it was usual. Also there was a city tax not announced in the reservation."
