Welcome to our bright, modern cottage home in the cozy Overbrook neighborhood located just 5 minutes from Downtown Greenville and 3 minutes from the highway. The kitchen is brand new with sleek and modern appliances full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, oven/stove - antique farm sink, and quartz counter-tops. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Enjoy the master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. We do allow pets for an additional fee. Enjoy gorgeous oaks in our large fenced in yard, providing plenty of shade to relax and unwind. The home is walkable to top Greenville restaurants including Fork & Plough and Clare's Creamery.
