Mark and Chantel are the most versatile, professional and dependable Front Desk personnel I have every witnessed. I hope they get some form of a raise in pay in their future. I have been having a rough time since my husband passed away in June. This property and staff has made a great impact on me.

When we arrived late after office hours our key lock box was miss assigned so we had to call for assistance with gaining access to our room. The on-call staff was very nice and responded promptly. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, we noticed there was not a closet anywhere in the suite. The next morning we requested to move to another room with a closet. Our request was granted and our new location was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely loved the set up at this hotel, the rooms were very clean and my girls loved the beds. The one thing I did not like at all was the fact that the lobby closes early and is not open after like 9 o’clock. I’m not even sure what would’ve happened had we lost our hotel key. I have never stayed in a hotel that wasn’t open 24 hours if you needed some thing, so it was just very strange. I would actually probably not stay there again just for that reason which is unfortunate as I really liked the location and the rooms!

Clean but will not stay again.

The room was clean and spacious. My husband works remotely, so it was great for him to have a private working area away from distractions. The kitchen included an oven and dishwasher, as well as full fridge. The only downside, and the reason we will likely not stay again, is the noise. Other occupants are so rude, blasting music and yelling until 5am. These occurred every night during our weeklong stay, despite "quiet hours" being 10pm-7am. It made it difficult to sleep.

Beds too squeaky and mattresses too lumpy. Could use a luggage rack. Bathroom towels & shower mat old & stiff. Would be more convenient to have a pod coffee maker & more supplies (paper towels, pods, creamers, tea bags etc) Overall, nice location, easy access, nice size and clean

It was clean but not overly clean. ALL the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher so no one checked this upon new guest arrival seems like a big miss. The bathroom door was missing screws so it was clunky to open and close.

For the most part, the stay was nice, but just a few gripes: 1.). No overnight staff 2.). Poorly equipped kitchen 3.). No daily cleaning 4.). This was my most frustrating one, no roll carts for luggage. I was told that guest were damaging walls with them, so they got rid of them. This is the poorest excuse I have ever heard. How do other hotels have them and deal with the issue? When people stay for extended periods of time, they are going to have lots of luggage. Plus, the elevator is located in the part of the building with the least parking. So coolers, luggage and other items had to be carried through the length of the building to the elevator and then to the room. This is a deal breaker for me, and we will not be back. There are better places to stay, that will provide the basics. 5.). The center common area was very nice. Unfortunately it was always occupied 6.). The exercise room was very limited. The only piece of equipment that was of value was one treadmill, and it was always in use. Never got a single workout done. 7.). The shower was not handicap or older person friendly at all. With tall walls and no handles, my mother found it a struggle. 8.). Stove overhead light did not work. Anyway, the room was clean and beds were somewhat comfortable. The room layout was nice, and furniture was in good shape. The place was maintained well and what interaction I had with staff was good. Would not stay there again.
