"Host was welcoming. A few opportunities for a five-star rating....Beds were not made with sheets. Not enough coffee mugs (2 mugs) and cups for the number of people able to stay, no trash bags available. Could be better signage to find the cottage in the dark. Also, the outdoor trash receptacles were overflowing before we had trash to put in them. The cottage was a good landing pad for us overall, with enough space for the family and dogs. "This is one of our favorite places to stay and we were so pleased with everything once again! We were comfortable, relaxed and welcomed like we were best friends!"

"The staff couldn’t seem to be bothered. The pool was out for weeks and a busload of kids were checking in. No one was told that the pool was out prior to booking the rooms. The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. I went to the front desk, she told me to find the breakfast person who was no where to be found. I had to go into a back room to find the staff member on her phone. I said the coffee and creamer was out as well as the food. She said that breakfast stuff takes to long to cook so there wouldn’t be any more food placed out there. I said you have a room full of teenagers waiting for breakfast, she shrugged her shoulders. I wasn’t even with the kids. Poor management. I wouldn’t go back when there are many other "

"Items in the room were damaged and very worn. we paid extra for a pool side room. I didn't know the pool was used for kids parties. The screaming didn't stop. The pool doesn't close until 10 pm. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The food at the restaurant was terrible, the service was great. The final straw was the adjoining room fight and someone threatening to stab another person. We left and went to another hotel. There were no other rooms to move to. The hotel did not refund and the additional insurance I paid for wouldn't refund due to my "high standards""

"Room was ok. "city view" was a view of the wall of the building next door. Mini fridge didnt work. cabinets looked like theyd been chewed on my a dog. 1 cabinet door wouldnt stay shut. Theres no exhaust fan in the awkward shower. the shower door doesnt stay shut and stay open into the shower by about 2" so water gets directed onto the bathroom floor. I've stayed there before and prob would again as its close to everything."

"The building is on the older side but very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good location!"

"Staff was very courteous, we had to change rooms because the original room smelled strong of garlic. "
