"Everything was ok except that when I got into my room there was drawers missing the shower water was not hot the AC unit was blowing out cold air at first then it heats up overall it is some things that needs to be replaced "

"The room was fine. However, there were only 2 towels. No hand towels or washcloths. It was very hard to understand the person when we were checking in and also out."

"Both elevators were always dirty. Lady at the desk took forever to check us in. We went to get breakfast and returned to our room only to have to come back downstairs because our room key was deactivated."

"No hot tube. Stains on carpet and burn marks (i think) on the desktop. "

"The bed is very springey, and makes your vack hurt. We asked to get towels Saturday and sunday morning, we were told they did not have any clean towels both times, and they would get them delivered to our room as soon as they had some. We never recieved our towels, upon check out she said they must be piled up in Someones room. "

"The room was a 1 room suit with 2 queen beds and a pullout. The queens were not even a standard double. Way too small. And the pullout mattress made us think cardboard would be softer and keep the metal frame from poking your back. Will never stay here again."
