"I made a reservation for a room with 2 beds, first room had 1 bed. First room was not cleaned ahead of our check in. Second room had no soap or shampoo - when I went to the front desk to get soap, they said they "were out of soap" and provided shampoo which we had to use in our showers. The front desk gave another guest a key to our room and they attempted to enter our room at about 1115PM. I would like my money back."

"First time staying here and it was the most seamless thing I've experienced at a hotel! Staff was a amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable, the staff even tried to work with us on a specific room, it was just overall a really good weekend. Only downside would have been, the pool.... We wanted to go but it was so crowded and once they shut it down, we didn't want to go in it at all. The water had a permanent film on it and it was an immediate no. Aside from that, excellent stay if you're not too concerned about the pool! The property was beautiful though and right where you need it to be to get anywhere you want to be! "

"The water that came out of the faucet in the bathroom was brown and rusty. My wife and mother-in-law couldn’t even brush their teeth. I have a picture of the water. I spent $400 to have my wife have rusty water in the sink and in the shower. Come on!!!!"
