"So let's write a real review, since I read 100 reviews about hotels in Conway and literally none helped. The staff was super nice, our room was cleanish, the bathroom could had been a little better, but there was no hair or anything in the bed, or couch so that's a plus. The ac was amazing, the pool was open, the ice machine on all floors worked. Breakfast was OK, it was edible but hated it was all microwaved then brought out to the serving platters. Eggs microwaved, biscuits too .. ehhhh! But it was a clean area also. Parking was just fine, no complaints there, well lit parking lot and didn't seem to be any problems outside with ppl. Very close to restaurants, Walmart, Hobby Lobby . Beds a little hard, but not bad. I took my own pillows . The towels well, they smelled like dirty water . They really need to do a deep clean on them but I get it.. Can they really ?? I hope this helps someone out . Over all I would stay there again. Oh if you book with a third party site, and need to change rooms or anything you Have to go through that site the staff can not help you . Heads up for ppl like me !"

"Comfort Suites Conway was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our air conditioning was not set properly and they were quick to correct the problem. I especially like the way the room was set up with a couch/desk area separated from the bed. We also appreciated having plenty of flat space to set out and sort all of our stuff. Finally, both my husband and I agreed that the bed was super comfortable."

"The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the check-in lady was polite. However, he bathroom wall looked damaged. More importantly, I noticed a bad smell in the hallway upon climbing to the second floor, and the inside of the room wasn't much better. I don't know if I got a smoking room by mistake or if there's an odor problem in general on the property. I'd stay here again, but I might have gotten a better night's sleep if I hadn't felt as ill."
