We enjoyed our stay and TOTALY recommend it. The hotel is well kept. The decor is fresh, modern, and practical. For example, they have several places to charge your phone. The bed was comfortable. Good parking and well light. Very close to I-49. I reserved through Expedia and had no issues. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the double queen with a pull out bed. The beds were amazing and so was the pull out bed. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was also amazing. NEGATIVES were that check out is 10am and breakfast ends at 9 am. Pool was also closed by 9 pm. I hate getting up and having to rush to get ready and out the door by 10. We may be back!!!

Prices are very reasonable and the majority of the staff were excellent. I did see there were a few staff that were not attentive to the patrons. I was very disappointed that they ran out of dairy creamer after my second day and made no attempt to remedy the problem. So needless to say I woke up, grabbed my keys and left the property to get my coffee each morning after they ran out. I also noticed that they didn’t put out the fresh fruit every day for the breakfast. Maybe they only offer that on the weekends? Sad. Other than that they were very hospitable and I believe the owner was there the day I was leaving… he was very friendly and made me feel like a welcomed guest. That ended my trip nicely. I will stay there again.

Booked 3-nights but had to change due to my son’s deployment being changed. Called Expedia who suggested I cancel & rebook the 2 nights. The hotel couldn’t approve due to the manager not being available. Not wanting to cancel & rebook without knowing if it could be refunded, I called the hotel & explained. Staff were accommodating & canceled the third night, so I continued with the stay. At check-in I confirmed the 2-night stay & again the following day. Upon checkout I found that manager changed it back to the original & cannot talk when staff called him. I still left to get my son to the airport for deployment & called Expedia who called the hotel, but the manager isn’t there. I called later & spoke to the manager who could not approve the cancellation & said Expedia must – both saying the other must cancel. I called Expedia again, who reached out to the manager without change; I called & he said he didn’t have time to talk. Ignoring his plea to call back he said if he allowed the cancelation Expedia charges him. Telling him that’s not my concern, he said it wasn’t his problem that I wanted to cancel. He was rude in trying to cut me off & saying I needed to listen to him. I asked why he changed my reservation after his staff made changes, but he said they were wrong. Expedia has contacted him several times without change. The hotel has signs saying how much they support the military & their families, but I didn’t feel that nor do not put customers first.

Pool was inside but, super cold… we were told until weather is warmer.. the pool will be that temp… bathroom by pool ; sink doesn’t work and door doesn’t shut all the way… pool was the main reason for staying so it was a bust… breakfast only had sausage no bacon… once there was no biscuits… no replacement ( also picante sauce packets were spoiled) others than this it was a nice place to stay!
