"older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be. "The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? ...

"We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!"
