"The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book."

"We loved this house! It was very clean and had everything we needed—including toys for the kids, which was a great bonus. The pontoon boat was amazing, and we had so much fun going out to the sandbar. One day we even saw dolphins and a manatee, which made the trip extra special.Kim and Brenda were wonderful hosts and made everything easy. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely come back again!"

"We had our whole family there (Wyoming, New York ) for Easter and My Birthday. The house was perfect and the Host was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Plenty of room, beautiful pool, nice bar outside and dock. We saw six manatees while we were there - right from the pool!!!. The view of the sunsets was awesome. "

"We stayed there for a week and a half and were very pleased. It was very clean and you can tell had been updated fairly recently. I was in communication with Marta before the stay and throughout the stay and she was very nice with quick responses. We traveled far and she was very understanding with the check in process for us.The beds were comfortable and the house is spacious. Plenty of room for luggage, pack and play, cooler etc. The pool and hottub are not heated unless you request it and for an additional charge. The hottub will only be heated for an hour and is on a schedule timer. We opted to pay for the heating of the pool and 1 hour hottub heat daily for almost the entire stay (once you request it, it will remain set for remainder of stay).It was very nice and the hottub did warm up so quickly during the hour. Several small recommendations were provided to Marta directly after our visit, but nothing that would require a bad review. There is an open field on the back of the property that was nice. We didn't have to stare at another house. We wished we had a water view, but there was not any type of water view. Which we knew when we booked. Although, VRBO said golf course view but that was not accurate.We enjoyed our stay and would stay their again and definitely recommend it to others!"

"Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The extra space to spread out was wonderful. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Enjoyed the kayak but would have liked to have two to borrow. The fishing off of the dock yielded fish and crabs that my son was very excited about. The kitchen was well stocked. We went to the “beach” right down the road at Robert K. Rees Park one day. Clearwater aquarium one day. And rented a boat from Anclote river one day. Too short of a trip and wished we could stay longer. Thank you for hosting."
