"The property and the staff were absolutely amazing. Oscar and Jake were exceptional. I will absolutely be back. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The only reason the amenities were rated a 2 is because there was no fridge or microwave in the room but not a HUGE deal. "

"Continental breakfast NOT offered at this location. Front desk staff MISERABLE. not all rooms ‘newly renovated’. Elevator located OUTSIDE of the lobby and wasn’t even offered to us on check in day-I found it a few days later. We had to drag all of our luggage up a flight of stairs. Ice machine 2nd fl broken. Our ac unit broke on day 2 - the unit was plugged in w an extension cord but maintenance did ‘fix’ it. Towels are treated like gold- one evening they didn’t have any and I was told to FIND the housekeeper myself. Front desk told me she went ‘that way’. I DID eventually find housekeeping and got towels. No drawers for clothes. Lastly…. WEED. I assume it was only in the evening since that’s when we were in the room, but it was ALL evening. You definitely get what you pay for. Won’t be returning. "

"This house was perfect for a vacation. It sat right on the Gulf and had wonderful sunset views. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. We had plenty of supplies like towels, cups, glasses and utensils. The pool was great and fishing off the dock was fun. I recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in New Port Richey. We would stay her again next time we plan a trip here."

"It was terrible! The room has roaches and spiders. The cover were dirty stains and cigarette burns on the blanket. The room smelled like smoked. We had to sleep with the lights on because if we cut the lights off, the roaches will crawl on us. It was just the worst experience I ever had and it was too much money to go through things like that. I would never recommend no one to stay there and then when it was time for checkout the man had to go check the room out and then he had the nerve to come back down and asked me was I smoking in the room when I don’t even smoke. This was the worst place ever."

"House was perfect for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated with beach decor. Only suggestion would be some ice cube trays (freezer didn’t make any ice) and some throw pillows on the couch. "

"Everything was as advertised. Very clean. Don responded very quickly to any messages throughout the process. The location was great being close to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Tampa etc. "

"Very nice property. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The updates were all quality - tile floors, quartz counters, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pans and knives were good quality. Great property. Highly recommend. "

"We came on Saturday, on Sunday I sent the host a message that the outdoor heater and the gas grill wasn’t working, she said thanks for the heads up and have a great week, nothing was fixed the week we were there and I asked about the pool if that could be heated and she said with the temperatures it wouldn’t maintain with the size and depth of the pool, so that was a bummer. When we were there 2 years ago, before the hurricane, we had a great time everything was awesome everything was working and the pool was heated so we can enjoy swimming and being with family. If I would’ve known that the pool wasn’t going to be heated, I would’ve booked somewhere else. It seemed to us they didn’t care, which is so sad."
