"Place was clean. Inexpensive improvements could make it far better. A larger water heater is needed, as generally couldn't get through one full shower without running out. Bedside tables should be added. I had to put my CPAP machine on my suitcase. A curtain in the living room would help better block the neighboring outside light. Racks or hooks in the bathroom for towels are needed. Provide washcloths, and have a rack or racks in the shower for washcloths. Inexpensive racks held by suction cups would work great in the shower. Non plastic glasses, dishes and plates would be a great improvement. Some floor lamps or bedside lamps would improve. Adding a work desk or table would be an improvement. Bathroom needs a toilet paper rack or stand. "

"We loved our stay in the Flamingo room. Everything about this place was correct. Host was great and very nice, we will definitely be back for a longer stay to book some of the other rooms, they all have different themes. Place is very quiet and laid back. Close enough to fantastic restaurants down the river or road. Also check out the restaurants in historic downtown NPR."

"Great location to take the boat out scalloping in Pasco county. Be aware that there isn’t a full kitchen. The dock is a good size but given that there is more than one unit for rent here, if there’s more than one family staying with a boat, it can be tight for more than one boat to fit. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. "
