"Continental breakfast NOT offered at this location. Front desk staff MISERABLE. not all rooms ‘newly renovated’. Elevator located OUTSIDE of the lobby and wasn’t even offered to us on check in day-I found it a few days later. We had to drag all of our luggage up a flight of stairs. Ice machine 2nd fl broken. Our ac unit broke on day 2 - the unit was plugged in w an extension cord but maintenance did ‘fix’ it. Towels are treated like gold- one evening they didn’t have any and I was told to FIND the housekeeper myself. Front desk told me she went ‘that way’. I DID eventually find housekeeping and got towels. No drawers for clothes. Lastly…. WEED. I assume it was only in the evening since that’s when we were in the room, but it was ALL evening. You definitely get what you pay for. Won’t be returning. "

"It was terrible! The room has roaches and spiders. The cover were dirty stains and cigarette burns on the blanket. The room smelled like smoked. We had to sleep with the lights on because if we cut the lights off, the roaches will crawl on us. It was just the worst experience I ever had and it was too much money to go through things like that. I would never recommend no one to stay there and then when it was time for checkout the man had to go check the room out and then he had the nerve to come back down and asked me was I smoking in the room when I don’t even smoke. This was the worst place ever."

"This house was perfect for our group of three ladies. There was plenty of room, had everything we needed and was very clean.The location was great - quiet residential area and close to everything. The hosts were awesome. Would definitely stay there again."

"The entire house was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were so nice and felt luxurious. The house was so well thought out. Decorated beautifully and so many details like makeup cloths, many toiletries and towels, fully stocked kitchen and spices - even raw honey, fishing poles they added for us, all the beach equipment, and even a beach bag. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and fresh - no air fresheners which was so nice. It is a well cared for home! We loved the comfort of this home and being on the canal made it even better. We saw ducks, fish jumping, crab, and turtles. Tried some fishing but I think we needed different bait.We went to honeymoon beach state park twice. It is a longer drive but we enjoyed it more than Fred Howard Park Beach. Once we went to Caladesi Island which was very secluded and found sand dollars. We saw dolphins on the ferry ride out which was so exciting! We also went to Oasis beach and found a perfect spot. North beach had a lot of seaweed but the spot we found was clear water and had that beautiful blue/ green hue. Rusty Bellies was delicious fresh seafood and hushpuppies with a nice atmosphere. We had a wonderful trip!! Mark and Andressa were very responsive hosts. They responded to any questions in minutes and were so helpful! Thanks for a great stay!"

"I loved my stay at this cute little cottage. I did have a couple issues, one which was resolved but one that wasn’t able to be resolved before I left. It was cold the first night and the heat was not working but they fixed it the next day so my 2nd night was nice and warm but then there was barely any hot water so a cold shower was not great but at least I had heat! All in all the bed was comfy, the place was quiet and it was very walkable to downtown New Port Richey. "
