We stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. This facility was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. We did not take advantage of the pool or fitness rooms, but they both looked good. Nice place overall. We recommend it.

Awesome Hotel. Staff were excellent. They were very courteous and accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was great and the room amenities were good. My only comment is our room had a certain smell— like kind of damp and we suspect it is the old carpeting in the room. Other than this we loved our stay here and will stay again.

The location was great for where we needed to be. There are a few restaurants nearby but not much retail. We had 3 rooms with one of them being a "premium suite." We had 2 issues with the room which management has been quick to rectify foot the future. The pool is being renovated and while we were hopeful that it would have been completed

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. But the beautiful pool that they show and hot tub as their main attraction on their pictures is closed due to health issues. This isn’t a recent closure. It’s been closed since December. But they don’t have it on the website. Also, I think this reflects very poor on Expedia for not keeping up-to-date on the hotels as well. None of the pool, hot tub kids area. None of it was open all it has been closed for over six months. Extremely disappointing for our family.

Had an issue with a low battery in one of our rooms late at night. Front desk person was only person on site. Had to change to another room at midnight because she couldn't figure out getting it to stop (yes, she changed the battery). Also, had I known the pool wasn't available due to renovations (since December 15, 2025? and didn't look like any work had even begun), I would not have stayed for 4 days. Breakfast food was basic (artificial scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy) every day. Only ate there one of the 3 mornings. Like the suite rooms as you can close the door to the sleeping area and keep out noise (including a chirping smoke alarm).

Night staff didn’t seem to care about anything and it felt like they wanted to be anywhere but at work. One of the reason we booked the hotel was that it has a pool & jacuzzi. Upon arrival the pool had been closed by the health inspector. The sticker on the door was from 12/15/25. Here we are 7 months later and it’s still closed. The person on the counter blamed it on the inspector never showing up to reinspect. But the sticker said they need to call once things were fixed. One of our party (3 rooms) had an issue with the toilet clogging up. The person at the desk seemed confused that we would want them to unclog the toilet. 30 minutes later he shows up with two plunges. While comical, not helpful. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. The overall presentation of the hotel was also good.
