Staff members were friendly and helpful. The services were excellent. They helped us coordinate for shuttle transfer to OIA and car rental. The outdoor private hot tub was cleaned daily.

Service at this hotel was very good! The breakfasts and the room were great and the hot tub outside had a great view of the osean with incredible sunset views. It was not the Caldera view, but it was nice to see great sunsets without all the crowds. We saw some of the best sunsets at Santorini from the hot tub. The hotel also had a great pool. It was about 15-20 minutes walking distance from OIA, which was not very convinient at night, but they made up for it with free, convinient transportation. I would return.

My husband and I spent 7 days at the Myst Boutique hotel and it was fantastic, excellent attentive staff with lovely rooms with an amazing view. The breakfast is delivered to your room which is a unique concept but I would like the option to dine in the restaurant as this provides the client more flexibility. The pool and beds are amazing and the reception staff arrange excellent excursions. The hotel provides transport to collect from the port or airport and provides transport from and to Oia. We had a fantastic week and would happily visit again.

Loved staying here - cannot wait to come back already. The staff is super friendly and gives you a ton of suggestions. Everyone is super attentive and the breakfast is 10/10. They have free transportation to Oía & the public bus to Fira is 2 min walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Santorini.

I couldnt fault my stay at this hotel. The service from everyone was amazing. Breakfast was great with many options and brought to your room! They had a great service where you can get a free shuttle ride into town as the walk is quite an incline. very nice touch! Lia is also amazing she helped us organise everything and recommended a lot of things. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view (room 105). Located just a 3 minute drive, or 15/20 minute uphill walk from Oia, this hotel offers luxury at a lower price than most hotels in Oia that overlook the caldera (which are not private in the slightest after visiting the town and walking right next to private pools/balconies). Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle service at your request, food in the restaurant is okay but nothing special, and the pool is perfect after a hot day walking around Oia. Only thing I would say is lower your shuttle service prices (not up to Oia as it’s free) for the airport and other towns. I was quoted €70 for the airport and $50 for Thira when it was only €39 for an Uber. i would highly recommend staying here if you’re interested in Oia!

Perfect location in Oia!
Wow, Wow, Wow! We loved this hotel. We did have an opening issue with our booking so maybe we should have confirmed our booking before arriving. They were able to accommodate us and got our room ready. The restaurant at the property was excellent. The selection for the breakfast each evening was wonderful as it arrived at our door at our selected time each morning. This hotel is quiet and away from the busy part of Oia, but a close enough walk of 10-15 minutes. The "secret path" is easy to walk and leads right to the center of Oia. The pool is wonderful at just the right temperature with plenty of seating and umbrellas around the pool. We had a room with a hot tub outside which was a nice private area to enjoy. The view over the bay with the islands in the distance was nice. We also had a perfect sunset view. The bedroom was a good size. We found this hotel excellent and will choose it again if we are ever in Santorini.

Super happy with my stay at Myst. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to if we needed something. The one drawback of the location is that although it is within walking distance to the main area of oia, it is a very steep walk up so you might break a sweat before getting to town. Heels are also not a great idea if you plan on walking to town. We ended up renting a car which was great given that you are only a 5 min drive from oias main parking lot. Another heads up is that the shower is open concept and does not have its own door which may bother some people. Other than that everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and come again.

Kindly note, that despite our property being 800 meters from Oia's town center, it is for this reason that we have added a shuttle upon request, exclusively for our guests to reach the town. Since its introduction, this service has been very well-received and thus we encourage all of our guests to use this service on a complimentary basis. As for the open concept showers, we would like to comment that not all of our suites are equipped with this specific room plan. We do aim however, to add new privacy screens in the near future to the few suites that do have this layout. This way our guests can have the choice of whether they'd like to experience the open concept room plan. Thank you once again, The Myst Boutique Hotel Team!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was extremely accommodating and very helpful with navigating our stay through helpful suggestions and making reservations as well as offer a shuttle to nearby areas. It was very beautiful and although a short distance from town was close enough and avoided the crowded town. The restaurant was tasty and convenient. I would definitely return there. It’s a beautiful place to visit.

Very good service, Excellent massage location and skill of massage therapist. Nice and quiet location away from the tourists at Oia. Good dinner at restaurant. Only down side was we were given a corner room which was not so private from the construction next door. But all in all a very good stay. Staff were very friendly and professional!

Lovely hotel, with really attentive staff, who couldn't do enough for you. Good size room and great shower. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a lovely touch. Away from the crowds of Oia, but the hotel provided a free shuttle service when required.

The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating during our stay. They (Staff) anticipated our needs, made the best suggestions during our 7 day stay. Had the poolside room with a view of both the sunrise and the sunset. Hotel provided free transfers to Oia which is at the top of the hill. Breakfast was included, great selection the entire time. On the last day, I had breakfast at the restaurant…amazing! You cannot go wrong booking the Myst Boutique Hotel. I would definitely recommend if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still be a 3 minute drive away!

Our Stay at the Myst was wonderful. Starting with the driver, Harris who picked us up at the airport and was very welcoming and friendly. As we arrived to the front desk , we were kindly greeted by Luca and Lia, who welcomed us and checked us in , giving us all the information needed for our stay. The rooms are really clean, the property has a modern style, and there is a beautiful pool ( sadly we couldn't use it as the pool isn't heated and being late april, the water was too cold to get in). Thank you to Constantinos and Paona who brought us our daily breakfast in our room. This was such a treat. Good variety breakfast and loved the fact that they have Nespresso machines in the room, especially for coffee lovers like us. Even dough the Oia center is about a 10 minutes walk, they do have a free transfer service from the hotel to Oia Center.. That was very very convenient. A big thank you to Vaseleia for her genuine kindness and for always making sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a free drive to town but we walked it the first day. Not many sidewalks and fast drivers. Our drivers we had for restaurants and transfers were great.

The hotel building is new, and well equipped and very clean. Our rolm had a hot tub, that was amazing. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time there, and definitely recommend this hotel.

Firstly, the Myst Boutique Hotel is like no other in Santorini… from its’ architecture style, hospitality, and delicious food choices… hands downs… they deserve a number of awards! For this reason, I would return again and again. Moreover, my friends can stop thanking my husband and I enough for inviting them to share this unbelievable experience. From the cleanliness of the hotel facility onto the rooms, restaurant, and outside bathrooms… this is and will always be my first choice while I’m Santorini. In fact, this is a boutique hotel that serves as a close net family hotel which means a lot because they treat all their guests like royalty. I’m doing so, they are attentive, personable, accommodating, professional, pleasant… I mean each and every person go far beyond the call of duty to ensure that their guests are completely happy and satisfied. Their customer service is far beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!! I would like to personally thank Nikos (Best owner ever), Julia (heart of gold), Lia, Lila (outstanding patience), Dimitris (amazing) , Pauagiotis, and the cooks & cleaning staff. You all were the absolute best in the way you catered to my husband (who celebrated his birthday) myself and our guests. When visiting Santorini, if you’re looking for a hotel that is intimate, exquisite, resort-style pool, fresh & five-star food choices; along with remarkable customer service…. this is the place. My new favorite place to stay while visiting Santorini.

Property was beautiful. We had a room with jacuzzi tub and sun bed on balcony, wonderful. Staff were over and above efficient and helpful. One note - shuttle is not included for airport transfers, booked through hotel is about $60 euros each way. Breakfast delivered to room each day was amazing and plenty of choice. Meals at restuarant were great but a little expensive. Would definitely stay there again if we went back to Santorini.

Awesome private property near Oia with sunset view
The check in process was easy and the staff were amazing and very helpful. They provided information on places to see and eat at around the whole island of Santorini. Our hotel room had a view of the sea and we could clearly see the sunset from our room. The infinity pool on the property is also amazing, and I loved that they had pool wide service from the restaurant. There are also showering facilities and restrooms by the pool, and they allow you to remain on the property and hang out at the pool even after you check out in case you are not able to get a late checkout. The service was fantastic. The staff are really responsive to all of our requests…they came by within minutes when we needed them and I call that excellent service. There is a free self park lot right next to the property, but it is a gravel parking lot. There are also some parking spaces in from the hotel property, but the only vehicles I saw park there long term were the hotel shuttle cars and motorcycles. The property has a workout facility with a squat rack, barbell, treadmill and weights. The town of Oia is about 15 minute walk up a hill, and it wasn’t that bad at all. There’s a small cafe just down the street that serves crepes, smoothies, coffee and food. I think this property is perfectly located because you are not in the middle of Oia where it is constantly congested with people looking into your balcony and climbing your roof. It’s located near town but you have your privacy and quiet.

Last minute reservation, and was not sure of the quality of the hotel when we first booked because there were so many choices in that area. However, when we arrived it more than exceeded our expectations. It was an amazing hotel with top notch service and a great location. The breakfast was high end and included in our stay. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. It was a perfect setting for a romantic getaway.

We stayed at Myst Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect accommodation. Everyone is so friendly at the hotel desk, the property is immaculate, the pool and pool beds are perfect for the hot Santorini summers. Daily breakfast is served on your balcony as you get to enjoy the view of the ocean. Oia is a short drive up the hill and we preferred being just outside of the busy, crowded streets. We will stay at Myst hotel every time we are in Santorini

This hotel is beyond lovely. We had such an amazing time we didn’t want to leave. The breakfast is served to you in your room. The hotel gives many choices to order, everything is fresh and tasty. The rooms are clean (love the shower!) and the beds are amazingly comfy. We had some great sleeps. The pool is fantastic. We went everyday. It was perfect to relax. We can’t say enough about the staff- Niko and Svetlana went above and beyond for us, organizing shuttles, and making my birthday memorable. We will hopefully be back sooner than later!

Unforgettable experience of warmth and beauty
I was there with my mom and Nikos from Myst made our stay such an exceptionally pleasant time with his warmth and professionalism. He saved us multiple times when our tour company messed up with pickup date and taxi drives suddenly canceled our late night drive. Without Nikos I don’t know what we should do... myst itself is a very new hotel with clean facilities and professional service. The location is a bit away from the Main Street but it’s totally manageable (actually better as I highly suspect there might be tourists walking into our room if you stayed along the Main Street!) Strongly recommended. Myst is amazing.
