"Beautiful hotel! Bar was recently renovated and looks great. Vodka martinis and old fashions are well made and fairly priced. Breakfast is really, not inexpensive, but very good. Staff is very friendly from the valet people, to the bartenders, to the servers, to the shuttle drivers. Front desk people are very helpful. Very close to MD Anderson. Less than 0.5 mile walk to the main building, but the shuttle can also give you a ride. Rooms are clean. Robes are very nice. TV streaming services available by casting from your phone, so very easy. We've stayed at several other nearby hotels, but the InterContinental is the best."

"For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad."

"Clean rooms, super friendly staff that want to go above and beyond ! Such comfy stay for my family and I . The overall ambience upstairs where the rooms are are very quiet which is nice and the downstairs is nice social area, I wish there were more trash cans upstairs such as near elevators but other than that everything was a lovely experience."

"Yes I stayed in your hotel on Friday may 15th in room 409. I was severely disappointed and consulted with front desk several times and even asked if there was anything that could be done compensation wise and was told they could comp one valet. I feel that this is not enough and would like a full refund. Here is why, the room never cooled to comfortable temperature, and the room smelled of marijuana all night! We hardly got any sleep. I am giving you the chance to make this right before I report this to a review on google and every other site I can leave a review on!!"

"Breakfast was good. Can’t go wrong with breakfast potatoes, sausage links, eggs, and the normal continental items! Coffee was great as well. The room was average had a little smell but I normally go through and disinfect myself. Now the hallways were hot, it seemed like the air was off. All in all it has an at home feeling and the parking lot was safe."
