"We had the most wonderful stay in the Pump House which was even better in real life than in the photos. My son literally exclaimed as we walked in the door that this was the best house he’d ever been in. It was comfortable and luxurious and sitting look out at the shingle and the power station through the floor to ceiling windows is quite magical. It’s a very special place."

"If you want somewhere truly different, this is it. Dungeness estate is a magical location which has to be experienced to be believed. The lookout is a fantastic place to stay and although not cheap, you are paying for something very different. If being picky, the building needs a little love here and there, a better shower set-up and raising the master bed a few feet would create an awesome view. Oh and a telescope would be amazing!! Will definitely be booking again."

"The house was amazing. The house was very well equipped with things we needed. The only things we would suggest are more than one hand towel per bathroom as some people use them for hair towels. Also, in the garden, the steps do not have a hand rail and my parents who are older struggled a bit walking up and down them. Instructions for things are very clear and we had an amazing time"
