"Great value for the money. Bed was great. Only sparsely outfitted. Towels are at an extreme minimum and may not be the size you need. No kleenex, no coffee maker. no cups. Bring your own toiletries. Tons of parking. Staff is excellent. 6th floor smells. Stayed on the 5th floor 4 months ago and it was fine. Toilet seat was almost off and the shower rod was loose. In all fairness, this place was purchased in the last year or so and they are trying very hard to upgrade it and it is going to take time and money. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat. There are fast food and other restaurants within a mile and larger chains 10-12 min away. Very convenient to I-90."

"The airport shuttle was so convenient. This property is less than a mile from the airport. Don’t try to walk though. No sidewalk. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Make your own pancakes. Juice. All day coffee and hot cocoa. The room was quiet. Well laid out. There was even a vent fan in the bathroom. Something most hotels omit. I was able to get extra towels and a pillow on request. The pool was indoors. Spotless and warm. A nice treat on a chilly fall day. I travelled with two children and we had plenty of room with two queen beds. TV was huge and easy to use. Would highly recommended for an airport overnight hotel."

"The hotel is very well located, and the price-to-value ratio is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was the parking. The parking area was quite full, so we had to park in a spot that was a little far from our room. However, the parking was still within the hotel property, so it was not a major issue. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Check in went smoothly. Easy assess to our room from the elevator. Signage was easy to understand. Had dinner in the restaurant and service was high quality. Property was very quiet and no sounds or noise from the airport. We will return."

"We arrived and from the outside it was a bit outdated lawn wasn't kept up. But when you walked it to our surprise it was quite luxurious. There was an antique car in the lobby and a Continental breakfast. The man that checked us in was helpful and very nice. Their heater was down in the pool so we didn't go swimming. They had an indoor pool and our room had a door accessing the pool. Our room was clean and well stocked. Our neighbors were louder then they should have been. But other then that stay was amazing and breakfast was good. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a night while traveling. They do have weekly rates also."

"I come into the area from Rochester, where I've been treated for the past couple of years for a serious heart-related issue stemming from 9/11 deployment. The are always accommodating, especially PK. I am grateful for them."
