The pool steam room and sauna very nice the only thing is that the lockers didn’t work that well would be better with keys or padlock. "The hotel was a 5/5. A positive experience all round. The cleanliness of the hotel was the best we have been to for a while. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and gym facilities with the stay were free of charge which was amazing to use. The location is great to get to and from the city centre by car. There is a £7 charge for parking overnight. The room is spacious, fan available when hot. Tea and coffee and milk in room plenty for 2 nights. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Very clean and modern hotel over all."

Having shampoo and conditioner available in the bathrooms would be helpful, and our shower was initially stuck on very hot water but that was fixed immediately when we flagged this. A fan was provided to deal with the hot weather. The location is handy too - easy access by bus into the city centre, so you can avoid having to pay for expensive parking and congestion charges."
