"This is a Hidden Gem, Don t share this! The property is 5 min from CMLewes Ferry; walkable with Irish Eyes Pub and marinas /boats in front of your face!! Great sunset on our private deck! Walk a few steps over the bridge to boutiques, cafes, art museums and restaurants The concierges were so gracious we had a room to envy ! Suite with fireplace & deck, , access to sauna pool free parking . The hotel is Blue Glam, a decorative inspiration for sure the room as well as the lobby! 5 stars anywhere for sure ! "This is the 3rd year that we have rented this house for a long weekend. Easy communication with the host. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with flatware, glasses, plates. Easy check in and out. The beds are comfortable and so is the common space. I give a 5 star rating reluctantly because I don't want the house to become so popular that I will lose my weekend. "

"Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All night long stomping on the floor, banging, and bumbling around. It sounded like a herd of people running up, and down the steps. Then, all the fowl talking, and arguing! This occurred all throughout the night. The kitchen was fully organized, and had everything needed at your fingertips. The restrooms were fully stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, and body wash to shower with. The towels, and bed linens fell a little short. Only 1 bed set per room. It was a wash, and use situation. There was 4 towels, and 4 was cloths. Witch was alright. Overall, the stay itself was alright. The area is very peaceful! The problems occurred due to other residents who live there. Sara herself is an excellent host, with an exceptionally clean unit. "
