As you might find in older homes, the stairs are very steep and narrow which might be difficult to navigate with individuals with mobility issues. "It was cozy with 3 adults. The listing says it can accommodate 6 people, but I'd be very apprehensive about booking for 4 or more. In person you can quickly tell that the apartment is older than you'd guess from the pictures, but it is clean despite the visible signs of age. The balcony offered a better view of the water than you'd expect from a side unit. Worth considering if you want to stay directly on the beach without the crowds and chaos of Rehoboth and don't mind driving everywhere. It would be an ambitious walk to the restaurants of historic Lewes from here. This is not a "park your car for the week and forget about it" property, but the reserved parking spaces that come with the reservation do make driving convenient. I would recommend for a married couple with one to two young children or three adults max. Anything beyond that is going to feel congested. "
