Great location! The hotel space was very clean! The room was a bit dated and slightly musty but easily aired out. Breakfast was great and exceeded some other Marriott’s we’ve been to. Overall great experience. Will definitely go again.

The location was great for what I was there for. It has many restaurants and shops near by. I was at a 3-day conference at Biden Enviromental Center in Cape Henlopen Park. The daily commute only took about 15 minutes each way and traffic was not a problem. The room was clean and all the elevators worked. There was also the free breakfast buffet.

The usual Fairfield quality for a mid range hotel, it did not disappoint. Did not require credit card charge for "exspenses". Breakfast buffet was somewhat better than most hotels of similar type. Coffee bar is available 24/7. Clean, open air lounge and eating area. I will go back. This hotel has discontinued daily room servicing, as have many chains. Not a big problem, but the daily charge remains the same.

It was my third year coming to Rehoboth but my first time staying here! This hotel was amazing. The staff was so welcoming upon arrival and the entire hotel was so clean and well kept. Despite the crappy holiday weather, I made the most of my visit! I especially loved the hot breakfast options. Very excited to return again in July!! :)
