"This house was perfect for our stay in Erie! It was well supplied, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the lovely back porch and yard. The owner is very nice and communicative, which is always so nice when you stay in an unfamiliar home! We will definitely be booking this home again when we need a place to stay in Erie. "

"This property has a beautiful backyard and lake access and view. It was the saving grace for as we had beautiful weather and made the best of these features. Unfortunately the house is in real need of work. As other reviewers have commented, the floor sags and is very uneven. You really have to watch your step.
