"Pros: 1. Rooms are in impeccable condition, super nice, and big. 2. Nice view of the river. 3. Walkable distance to the falls and eateries. 4. Well lit parking space and safe. Cons: 1. Breakfast option is limited. 2. Service is very poor and unbelievably slow. The hotel was packed and we had to wait 1.5 hours to be served. At one point, the manager, front desk staff, and anyone that they can hold off was serving, totally unprofessional. 4. The cleaning crew got the entire dirty trolly out for cleaning the tables, unbelievable! Definitely need a professional who can manage the restaurant and dining service. 3. One of the families was not served for long time and when inquired, one of the front office lady staff was extremely rude! Not to ignore, rest of the front office staff was extremely nice. 4. Bar closes early and no good option nearby. In summary, the hotel is super clean and spacious. If they can upgrade their restaurant and most importantly the service, it can be the #1 hotel around Niagara Falls. "

"Staff was polite and helpful. Room size was large and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. Only complaint is drink prices at the rooftop terrace, nothing is listed with pricing so imagine my shock when I ordered the drink they had on "special" and was charged $14 for one drink and $8 for a beer. Needless to say next time I'll bring my own drinks and maybe just hang out there for the atmosphere. Bartender was nice but we sat there with empty glasses/bottles for over 30 minutes, there were only 3 other people there at the time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Complimentary coffee and tea 24 hours a day as well."

"Staff at check-in was very nice and accommodating. Room and view was excellent. I only ate at the Three Sisters restaurant but everything was great. Ate breakfast there daily. "

"It has been my go to place for a couple years now as I live in Pennsylvania, but travel outside the country so I have to go up to Buffalo to catch a flight to get there. I enjoy Danielle‘s sense of humor and company at the bar when I stay there. I also noticed some new evening staff as it’s been two months since I was there last that also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very good also. This was the first time I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms was quite nice. Thank you, kurt ramsey"
