"Room was find. Had a bit of a funny smell when we first arrived but cleared once AC started up. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Breakfast was very disappointing. $18 for a glorified continental breakfast. Overall, it worked for what we were looking for in a hotel. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad either."

"It takes forever for your room to be cleaned and the restaurant to serve your meal. It took me about an hour waiting for my steak to be grilled. The restaurant waitress (she was a real sweetheart) explained to me this was because it took a long time for the stove to warm up. However, the steak was very delicious when it finally arrived. When I requested my room to be cleaned asap, front desk receptionist sent the order to housekeeping right away. Still, nobody showed up to clean my room at all."

"Water pressure was awful, barely any at all. Try not to shower here. The bathroom had “Bruno Mars” written in steam when I showered, which means it wasn’t cleaned. What else wasn’t cleaned? The vent was purely decorative because there was no fan. Check-in was helpful, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Good location with underground on site parking. Service at The Elm was horrific. I wouldn’t stay here again."
